Hey Everyone, welcome to 6 Things Thursday, thanks for being here. Today I’m counting down 6 things you can do during this lengthy quarantine in the time of COVID-19. But first some updates on me.
So it’s been about two weeks since I’ve sent a newsletter and I do apologize for that. I was going through the motions and burning with cabin fever during this quarantine. I had a lot of freelance work to catch up on and was just feeling all around uninspired.
My psychiatrist changed the strength of my prescription and I was sleeping a lot more than I should have been. So it’s been a struggle guys to be productive and not just give in to full sloth-mode and just eat and binge Netflix. Which brings us to the theme of this email.
Other than trying to hold sloth at bay, I’ve been semi-productive. I’ve begun working on my website which I hope to have an official launch by the end of the month. On Medium, I launched a new publication called Flourish Mag, which centers on Mental Health, Wellness and Self-help.
I have a book I’m also working on self-publishing more on that as it progresses and I’m still planning to release a Podcast this year. Lots of goodies in the pipeline. Without further adieu…here’s the list!
6 Things-to-do During COVID-19 Quarantine
Read a novel each week.
Spring clean and rearrange your closet.
Get on Udemy or Coursera and sign-up for a course. They always have major sales where you can learn something for as little as $11.99.
Work on your fitness. Being inside doesn’t mean you have to sit around gaining weight and eating all your snacks. Turn to YouTube, search for a workout and get moving right from your living room.
Travel via your computer. There are 30 Ways You Can Travel From Your Couch.
Journal for self-discovery. This is the perfect time to get in touch with yourself. Pinterest has many journal prompts you can use.
March Story Round-up On Medium
My mind was preoccupied in March so I didn’t write as much as I did in February on Medium. But, one thing that was different for me in March on Medium was that for the first time I had a 100% Curation rate which was absolutely amazing. Here are friend-links to all of the stories I wrote in March.

Next week we’ll see each other on Freewheeling Friday and I’ll be launching another offer to Subscribe to the paid version of this newsletter so look out for that. I’m grateful you’ve chosen to stick with me and tune into this newsletter.
Candidly,
